I am originally from Bradford, in the UK and graduated from Leeds City College with BTEC National Diploma in Sports Science before moving to New Ross in 2000. In 2012 I graduated from Waterford Institute of Technology with a Master of Arts Degree in Sports Studies having previously attaned a First Class Honours Degree in Recreation and Sport Management in 2010. I am currently working towards a Master of Science award in Food, Nutrition and Health with UCD while completing my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Pyschology with The Open University. For me weight loss is more than just about the food we eat or the exercise we undertake. Its about understanding the person, getting to know their story, and helping them on an individual level.
I am passionate about helping people and seeing them live the lives they want ot live. Not everyone has the same goal or aspiration in life and that is why I design programmes that meet the needs of each individual. Key for me is ensuring each client meets their goals in a healthy, sustainable manor ensuring long term health and happiness. My clients inspire me everyday, I am so proud to be involved in their journey, they are all amazing!
