TEENAGE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

6 Session Block  €30

If you would like to join our class in-between blocks that is no problem.

Once that block has ended, you must then pay upfront for the next 6 session block.

Stronger bodies are less likely to be injured and it is very important that youngsters learn exactly how to perform each exercise correctly. This will give teenagers the confidence to exercise properly in their sports clubs, schools, gyms or even at home.

In our classes all teenagers will be introduced to:

Kettlebells, Resistance Bands, Weights, Body Weight Exercises, Battle Ropes, Agility Balls and more. Research shows that teenagers who are introduced into physical activity are more inclined to stick with it as they get older.

With obesity levels on the rise in Ireland why not get active today.
